I’m looking for VA roles as an independent contractor where I can support customers, improve retention, and adapt processes—using CRM workflows, multi-channel communication, and metrics to drive great client experiences.

I’m a client support and retention expert with over 4 years of experience enhancing client experience and driving process adaptation. I focus on resolving issues fast, staying organized, and improving how teams deliver support.

Over 4 years at TaskUs (Stitch Fix), I resolved client queries using CRMs like Zendesk and Freshdesk across email, live chat, social media, and AMB. I also worked with internal teams such as Loss Prevention, Engineering, and Platform to support smoother outcomes for clients.
