I'm looking to lead scalable content policy, Trust & Safety, and AI-enabled governance initiatives where I can influence risk decisions, strengthen platform integrity, and partner cross-functionally across product, legal, operations, and business teams.

At Amazon, I support content calibration and policy governance for Prime Video and Amazon MX Player in India, managing sensitive, high-visibility escalations and delivering data-driven recommendations that strengthen customer trust and platform integrity.

I've also led AI-powered support automation and knowledge governance at Vimeo, including Ultimate Bot implementation, taxonomy restructuring, and NPAW Analytics dashboards.
