What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen HR strategy, performance management, payroll, HRIS, talent development, and employee engagement in an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

I'm currently supporting IT Academy Pro by partnering with leadership on HR strategy, performance management, compensation, payroll, retention, and HRIS process improvement.

I've used workforce metrics including BLA, KPI, KRO, attrition rate, and retention index, alongside STAR and 9-Box models, to monitor effectiveness and support employee growth. I also develop appraisal systems, compensation and benefits plans, and Total Cost to Company reports.

At Fame Wheels, I managed talent acquisition, job descriptions, learning and development initiatives, compensation research, and payroll records. Earlier at W3b Creatorz, I supported recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and employee-issue support plans.

I'm a Certified Professional Human Resource with an MBA in Human Resources Management, focused on building high-performing and inclusive workplaces through practical HR systems.
