What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead the design and deployment of scalable, production-grade AI and generative AI systems, collaborating across engineering and business teams to solve real-world problems with reliable ML platforms.

At Pozent Corporation, I lead end-to-end machine learning delivery, from data ingestion and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring, helping clients turn real-world problems into scalable AI systems.

Previously, at Northrop Grumman, I developed machine learning algorithms for sensing, tracking, data fusion, and signal, image, and text analysis in mission-critical environments. At Adept AI, I built generative-modeling prototypes, instruction-tuning datasets, and evaluation workflows for text and multimodal models.

I've also built RAG knowledge assistants and real-time LLM support platforms using Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, FastAPI, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps tooling. I enjoy translating complex technical and business requirements into reliable, monitored AI services while mentoring engineers and improving ML standards.
