I’m looking to lead enterprise AI delivery—building scalable LLM/RAG and MLOps systems, improving model performance in production, and partnering cross-functionally with strong governance and Responsible AI practices.

I’m a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 8+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions. I specialize in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps—turning data-driven innovation into production-ready systems.

In my recent role (2023–Present) at Synergis, I developed and deployed Generative AI, RAG, semantic search, and LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks. I led the full AI/ML lifecycle across data engineering, feature stores, model training, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Previously at Mondo (2020–2023) and Brooksource (2018–2020), I built scalable batch and real-time pipelines, developed ML/DL and NLP/computer vision models, and implemented retrieval and information retrieval solutions. I also bring a leadership mindset—mentoring engineers and establishing Responsible AI practices focused on explainability, traceability, and hallucination mitigation.
