What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build strategic partnerships, own stakeholder relationships end-to-end, and drive measurable growth—combining enrollment-focused coaching with recruitment and data-backed conversion improvements in a collaborative, fast-learning team.

I’m a business development and partnerships professional who leads stakeholder engagement to expand institutional programs and enrollment. In my current role as Regional Development Officer, I drive school onboarding, workshops, and awareness sessions across India, building relationships with school leaders, music educators, and examination representatives. I coordinate cross-functional teams and represent ABRSM at educational events to identify and execute regional growth opportunities.

Previously, I coached students and professionals through career and academic planning at UpGrad, counseling 500+ individuals and improving enrollment outcomes with assessments and consultative guidance. I’ve also built end-to-end recruitment capability as a Senior Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist and US HR recruiter—managing sourcing to onboarding, maintaining CRM/ATS records, and strengthening client alignment. Across my marketing and partnership work, I use data-informed communication, digital and social media tactics, and structured processes to increase engagement and conversion.
