I’m a detail oriented, organized, and extremely motivated professional who blends practical business experience with an information-systems and data-focused education. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Information Systems at TELKOM University, building strength across Digital Governance (COBID, TOGAF, ITIL), business analysis and corporate data (Data Science), information system security network, and an Artificial Intelligence system.

In my current role at Yakult Indonesia Persada, I serve as Sales Staff – Marketing Division, where I develop and implement corporate communication strategies to educate and inspire partners and enhance sales performance through public trust. I lead and manage a team of 12-15 professional partners, turning my branch into a top-performing unit, while collaborating across divisions to promote products to schools, universities, offices, and healthcare institutions.

I also bring a strong execution mindset: I recruit Yakult Lady agents, train and mentor them so they can work independently, and support partners directly in the field—handling customer interactions, campaign execution, and promptly addressing complaints or rejections. Alongside my sales responsibilities, I supervise administrative functions including sales reporting, stock requirement planning, and petty cash recording, and I continue developing technical capabilities through trainings in IoT, GRC, computer networks, Linux, cyber security and penetration testing, full-stack development, SQL, and data science fundamentals.
