I'm looking for a dynamic professional environment where I can contribute to marketing or human resources functions, strengthen my operational skills, and support business growth.

At Bank Negara Indonesia's Sidoarjo Branch, I ranked first among sales interns for new CIF acquisition for two consecutive months. I prospected customers, presented savings and deposit products, mapped high-potential areas, and maintained accurate sales reporting in Microsoft Excel.

I've also supported HR operations at the Malang City Government by correcting position-evaluation documents, developing an ASN competency dictionary using Bloom's Taxonomy, synchronizing HR data, and calculating institutional scores. Through public relations work with IMAPRES WonogIRI, I helped local UMKM expand product reach through social media and community marketing.
