At PayPal, I lead AI/ML-driven payments products including Subscription Billing, Smart Retries, and Smart Dunning, owning strategy, pricing, roadmaps, design reviews, and delivery across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
I relaunched Subscriptions, identified a $5B under-monetized transaction-volume opportunity that drove $52M in margin, and launched Smart Dunning from the ground up to achieve 50%+ payment recovery and $50M+ in incremental margin growth. I also lead Smart Retries, which recovers $2B in annualized transaction volume.
Before PayPal, I built and scaled B2B marketplaces at Popular Change Venture Studio, invested across growth and public equity at Sage Collective, and worked in restructuring, private capital, corporate strategy, and investment banking. That commercial and operating foundation sharpens how I build products from 0 to 1 and bring them to market.
