I've led Learning & Development strategy for Bosch Global Software Technologies' Braking Systems business unit, aligning capability development with business, product, and technology roadmaps. I designed and operationalized a scalable Technical Academy for fresh graduates, lateral hires, and experienced engineers.
My work spans Training Needs Analysis, competency-based learning journeys, curriculum architecture, instructor-led and blended learning, facilitator guides, digital resources, and learning analytics. I partner with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to improve workforce readiness, engineering productivity, and continuous learning.
Before moving into talent development, I built embedded automotive software, MATLAB data-visualization tools, validation automation, and C/C++ testbench applications at Bosch. I'm also strengthening my instructional design and eLearning practice through Articulate Storyline 360 and the University of Illinois' Instructional Design program.
