I am seeking a remote email/chat support role with weekend availability where I can apply my complaint-handling, case-management, and CRM skills to improve customer satisfaction and streamline back-office processes.

I am a customer service and back-office specialist with 15 years' experience in telecommunications, including five years at Vodafone Egypt and ten years at Etisalat Misr. I specialize in non-voice support channels—email and chat—complaint handling, case management, and cross-department coordination to ensure accurate, policy-compliant resolutions.

I consistently deliver professional written responses and maintain high SLA resolution rates while working with CRM and ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce and in-house tools. I have coordinated with Legal, Fraud Management, and Technical teams to resolve escalated cases and contributed to process improvements that enhanced customer experience.

I am available for remote email/chat support with weekend availability, bring strong documentation and time-management skills, and have experience training new team members and maintaining detailed case tracking to uphold customer satisfaction.
