I've managed procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations at Qatar Fertilizer Company and Aladdin Distribution Services, supporting end-to-end sourcing and supply chain operations.

At Qatar Fertilizer Company, I prepare and review service agreements, framework agreements, scopes of work, amendments, RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation. I coordinate supplier evaluations, contract awards, purchase order administration, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution while identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement lead times.

Previously, I managed high-value procurement projects as Procurement Manager and sourced products and services from local and international suppliers as a Buyer. My work included commercial and technical bid evaluations, supplier selection, delivery tracking, and import/export coordination with freight forwarders.
