My experience includes 20 years of responsibilities of End-to-End Supply Chain Cycle (from Supplier to Customer), responsible for Procurement, Material Planning & Inventory Management (Ambient, Refrigerated and Frozen), Supply Chain Management, Contract Negotiations/ RM and PM & Capex Buying and Commodity Planning and Buying, Budgeting & In-house and 3 PL/4PL Warehousing and Logistics.

In my previous job, I was spearheading efforts as a Group Senior Strategic Procurement Manager - Power International Holding.

Power International Holding Group is one of the most successful organizations in QATAR with presence in Middle East and Maldives. The group is considered one of the largest groups in Qatar having a very diversified portfolio of businesses performing in 5 key sectors in Qatar (Food and Beverages, Agriculture, Hospitality, Entertainment, Construction, etc.).

This role requires me to regulate all aspects of Supply Chain Procurement Function, maintain core and tailored processes for the cost-effective procurement of a multifaceted business group; establish strategic supply chain goals in alignment with organizational vision; implement industry best practices for raw material planning and inventory management in order to achieve operational excellence; identify & establish long term and competitive raw material supply and logistics agreements with overseas and local business partners and effectively and continuously negotiate pricing.

Proficient in Material Procurement, Material Planning & Inventory Control, Production Planning, Vendor Development, Port Operations, and Warehouse Optimization, Contract Negotiations, Commodity Planning and Buying, Budgeting & Inhouse and 3 PL/4PL Logistics.

Academically, I hold Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree and Certified in Supply Chain Management from IIT Delhi and have a good knowledge of SAP - MM Module & SAP – APO Module Advance Planning & Optimization.
