I've delivered multidisciplinary infrastructure, water, sanitation, housing and building programmes valued up to R800 million, managing projects from inception through planning, design, procurement, construction and close-out.
At MMK Group, I coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, quantity surveying and architectural teams to deliver public-sector projects against scope, budget and schedule. I lead programme governance, procurement, contract administration, financial controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
My recent work includes financial project management for the R800 million EWS Southern Aqueduct Upgrade, project management for the R740 million Westville Correctional Facility upgrades, and programme leadership across DBSA school infrastructure and eThekwini municipal programmes.
Earlier, at the Department of Water and Sanitation, I supported hydrological monitoring, flood assessments, water-use assessments, dam safety and water resource management in KwaZulu-Natal. I also strengthen quality systems, improve delivery workflows and mentor engineers, technicians and developing project managers.
