What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in construction/project management where I can apply quantity surveying, cost control, and project coordination—contribute to budgets, tenders, and site compliance, and grow within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented construction and project management professional with a Diploma in Building (Construction Management & Quantity Surveying) from Mangosuthu University of Technology and an Advanced Project Management certificate from the University of Cape Town.

Across my professional experience, I support projects throughout project life cycles—helping with cost estimation, tender documentation, feasibility assessments, site inspections, budget monitoring, and contractor coordination. I bring a strong understanding of quality compliance and financial control within the built environment.

At Grootvlei Power Station (Eskom), I assisted with standard quantity surveying services across project life cycles, prepared cost estimates for capital investment projects, compiled QS cost evaluation reports for tender bidders, and supported enquiry documentation and a cost database. I also measured consultants and contractors’ performance in terms of quality and cost and participated in price negotiations.
