I am a seasoned civil engineer with 40 years' experience designing, constructing and project-managing large-scale Oil & Gas, Mining, Commercial, Government and Military projects across southern and west Africa. I lead multidisciplinary teams, optimise designs for constructability and cost, and have repeatedly delivered projects under extreme schedules and environmental conditions.
I co-developed and delivered Occupational Health & Safety training, led hazard identification and incident investigations, and managed QA/QC, planning and cost control on complex projects including mines, processing plants, airports and industrial facilities. I prioritize safety, teamwork and capacity building of unskilled labour to achieve durable, efficient results.
