I'm currently resolving fraud-related inquiries and reviewing accounts, applications, and transactions for potential fraud at Forbright Bank. I gather case information for Fraud Analysts, process Regulation E claims, and help train employees.
Previously, I supported digital banking customers at Forbright Bank through calls, secure messages, and email. I identified needs, explained digital tools, and delivered empathetic service in a fast-paced contact center.
