At Lincare, I support patients and medical facilities with respiratory equipment and services, including oxygen, CPAP, BiPAP, and AffloVest equipment. I also set up equipment and assist with equipment-related needs.
In my current work-from-home role, I research insurance claims, verify pricing and coverage requirements, and submit and follow up on prior authorizations. I work with Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and commercial health plans.
Earlier, I collected and prepared blood specimens as a Phlebotomist at Coastal Family Health Clinic. I also developed individualized learning plans as a Teacher at Future Scholars Learning Center.
