I’m looking to design high-impact learning programs that improve team effectiveness and performance. I want to expand digital learning expertise through LX Design while building curriculum that aligns to measurable KPIs.

I’m a Learning and Development professional with 4+ years designing training programs that close performance gaps in healthcare and academic settings. I partner with leaders and stakeholders to build curricula that align to key performance indicators—reducing authorization defects by 10% and increasing productivity by 19% at Inland Empire Health Plan.

In my roles, I develop Quality Improvement reports, run QA-based refreshers, and design end-to-end onboarding for HCPCS/CPT/ICD10 coding, Durable Medical Equipment, Health Rules Manager, and LMS navigation.
