My experience as an Independent Contractor at Mercor Intelligence involved performing data annotation tasks for both human and AI-generated media, text, and audio content, directly providing to the improvement of AI prompts and responses in terms of quality, clarity, and effectiveness.

As a Home Agent working for Colony Brands, I utilized Interaction Desktop to multitask and manage a high volume of inbound calls, resolve requests, and fulfill orders. Pega CRM software was used for account management, financial record maintenance, strengthening customer relations, influencing sales, and monitoring inventory volume.

While working at Stevenson Nursery, Landscaping, and Irrigation for 3 years, my work as a Nursery Manager refined my administrative and professional customer-facing skills with B2C and B2B (residential, business, and government clients) for a hybrid opportunity.
