What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships—while owning procurement, inventory, and reporting. I want a compliance-first environment that values operational excellence, mentoring, and measurable performance.

I spearhead business growth by implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing procurement, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. I design and execute sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, oversee inventory and logistics, and ensure operations comply with regulatory standards.

From my self-employed role, I combine market research, negotiation, and performance reporting to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. I’ve also been selected for the Nedbank SME enablement course (March 2018) and the FNB businessblaze program through the South African learning institute (July 2018).

Earlier in my career, I scaled revenue and client retention in senior insurance sales roles and led a collections team as an Inbound Collections Manager. I’m comfortable mentoring teams, resolving issues that protect customer trust, and improving processes through data, KPIs, audits, and compliance-focused reporting.
