What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can provide welcoming, efficient service, handle client needs professionally, and contribute in a fast-paced, positive environment.

I'm currently welcoming 20–30 guests per shift at Leela Eco Spa/Leela Longevity & Wellbeing, managing 20+ daily calls, direct billing, wellness memberships, and confidential client information.

Previously at Kinjo Sushi & Grill District, I supported guests as a busser and bartender, accommodated allergies and preferences, served a 30-plus-item drink menu, and used FIFO to reduce product waste.

Across Fusion Sushi & Thai Kensington, Tim Hortons, and Macao Imperial Tea, I've served up to 100 customers per shift, prepared food and drinks, handled POS transactions, and maintained food safety and cleanliness standards.

I'm bilingual in Tagalog and English, Proserve licensed, and trained in First Aid and CPR. I bring a friendly, helpful approach to fast-paced customer service and challenging client situations.
