Ashley Griffin
@ashleygriffin
I lead HIV programs, advocate for patients, and analyze health data.
What I'm looking for
I’m an HIV Program Supervisor focused on improving patient outcomes through strong program leadership, quality oversight, and reliable reporting. I supervise program staff, support training, and implement corrective action plans to keep services effective and compliant.
In prior roles, I coordinated voluntary HIV testing across multiple hospitals and led study coordination for Women’s Health. I developed action plans that achieved a 100% referral rate for patients with HIV by connecting them to community resources and scheduling follow-up.
Across my counseling and coordinator experience, I combine patient-centered care with data analysis—performing data entry and analyzing reports using Excel, Aphrim, and REDCap. I bring a collaborative approach, working across teams and agencies, while maintaining HIPAA and confidentiality every day.
