What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging career working with communities at the grassroots level to improve social and health outcomes in Greater Cleveland. I’m interested in opportunities to use my skills in education, care coordination, patient navigation, program development, community engagement, and related work, with opportunities for advancement.

At Care Alliance Health Center, I coordinated care for prenatal patients, connected them with appointments and referrals, and helped remove barriers to a successful pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.

I led the Centering Pregnancy program, recruiting participants and planning and facilitating sessions. I also organized documentation and data for Centering Healthcare Inc. and funders.

As Community Engagement Coordinator at Care Alliance Health Center, I worked with Cleveland neighborhoods and local organizations to develop health initiatives and connect residents with services. I planned community events, including baby showers and breast cancer awareness events.

Earlier at Care Alliance Health Center, I developed the Care Coordination program and patient health-outcome tracking protocols. I also worked in HIV education and testing at Care Alliance Health Center, Antioch Development Corporation/AGAPE Program, and University Hospitals of Cleveland.
