What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where I can use my experience overseeing and optimizing workflows to improve productivity and accuracy.

At American Ambulance, I receive and coordinate transportation requests from hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare facilities throughout Florida.

I enter patient, facility, run, and call information in the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, and dispatch ambulance units based on transport needs and availability.

At Orange County Public School, I signed children up for school, updated records, scheduled appointments, and sorted student files.

At Central Florida Expressway Authority, I processed payments over the phone, checked customer accounts, and updated spreadsheets for management. I also completed training in medication technology, phlebotomy and lab assistance, and certified nursing assistance.
