What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an organization where I can coach Scrum/SAFe teams with empathy and accountability—facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and improving delivery through Jira/Confluence transparency, stakeholder communication, and measurable continuous improvement.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master (SAFe 6, PSM I) with 4+ years guiding teams through Agile LOCATION transformation, delivery, and continuous improvement. I bring empathy, clarity, and accountability to every team interaction, whether I’m deep in sprint execution or briefing leadership in Steerco.

I’ve facilitated core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple projects, using them as coaching moments to build commitment, transparency, inspection, and adaptation. I’ve also onboarded Agile-naive teams “from the ground up,” setting working agreements, sprint cadences, and Definitions of Done so teams understand both the process and the intent.

Across engagements, I’ve owned impediment removal and flow by identifying roadblocks and cross-team dependencies, partnered with stakeholders for backlog refinement and measurable DoD, and acted as the communication bridge between technical delivery teams and business leadership. In parallel, I’ve supported Salesforce delivery through Salesforce administration, MCI dashboards, DocFusion installation, Jira end-to-end management, and Confluence as the single source of truth for documentation.
