Throughout my career I have delivered measurable outcomes including launching Agile teams across business units, improving sprint delivery rates by ~20%, and implementing tooling such as Jira and Confluence to increase transparency. I have led projects in banking, energy, and multinational environments, working remotely and on contract engagements.
I am comfortable facilitating the full suite of Scrum events, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration across UX, security, and infrastructure teams. I have experience with Agile Release Train activities and PI planning for scaled delivery.
