What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile technology delivery where I can coach teams, improve delivery predictability, use meaningful metrics, and partner with senior stakeholders to remove barriers and deliver strategic outcomes.

At Tsebo Solutions Group, I lead Agile delivery across Analytics, Digital & Automation, Applications, and Infrastructure for a 40+ employee technology function. I run Scrum at Scale and Scrum of Scrums with IT managers and CIO-level stakeholders, using Azure DevOps metrics to improve forecasting, governance, and delivery flow.

I've increased sprint velocity from 199 to 280 story points, improved capacity utilisation by 45%, and delivered R3,621,200 in savings after the QR Space acquisition. Previously at QR Space and Payment24 Group, I coordinated software delivery from requirements through UAT and implementation, translating client needs into prioritised technical work.
