I've improved delivery predictability for Agile teams at ABSA, RedPanda Software, and CSG International by protecting sprint commitments, removing impediments, and making delivery risks visible.
At ABSA, I coached multiple teams on Scrum discipline, backlog management, Jira, and Product Owner collaboration while reporting delivery status and CRAIDs to the Programme Director and SteerCo.
At CSG International, I led Scrum adoption and SAFe implementation across Financial Manager and Business Objects teams. I coordinated release planning across two teams and reduced blocked stories by 90% through cross-team dependency tracking.
