I am looking for a role that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.

As a Scrum Master at Systems iO, I thrive on collaboration and believe that our collective efforts create a fantastic culture. My approach balances data-driven decision-making with empathy and effective communication, ensuring that team dynamics are as strong as our project outcomes.

With over four years of experience in Scrum Master roles, including my previous position at Stratusolve, I have honed my skills in facilitating agile processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I hold certifications in Adaptive Leadership and as a Certified SAFe® Scrum Master, which equip me to lead teams effectively in dynamic environments.

Outside of work, I am a music enthusiast and a guitar player, which reflects my belief in the importance of creativity and passion in all aspects of life. My life motto, 'Only dead fish go with the flow,' drives me to seek out challenges and opportunities for growth.
