Sole IT administrator for the agency - Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, file server, DNS / DHCP and Cyberoam firewall. Administered Google Workspace and supported a Mac-heavy creative user base.

Managed the plant Windows Server environment for Gabriel India - Active Directory, Group Policy, file / print servers, DNS / DHCP, Cyberoam firewall and Office 365 administration. Delivered patch management, server upgrades and network support for the manufacturing site.

L1/L2 desktop, application and network support for Apollo Tyres end users following ITIL incident and request processes - hardware, software and connectivity troubleshooting.

Desktop support for Max Life Insurance (field role) - technical support and troubleshooting for end users on hardware, software and network connectivity.

ITIL Foundation (Version 5) certification in progress, with exam scheduled for October 2026.
