What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in IT infrastructure leadership, cloud technologies, Linux administration, networking, virtualization, monitoring, and infrastructure architecture while delivering secure, reliable enterprise operations.

At Zivore Apparel (Libas.in), I manage day-to-day IT operations for approximately 350 head-office users and remotely support around 650 store and warehouse users. I coordinate three IT engineers and oversee 700–1,000 IT assets across procurement, assignment, repair, tracking, and disposal.

I've supported production infrastructure across 35–40 on-premises servers, Sophos firewalls, IPsec VPNs, Veeam backups, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint security, DLP, virtualization, and monitoring. I enjoy resolving L2/L3 escalations, strengthening infrastructure security, coordinating vendors, and implementing practical projects such as BitLocker, OneDrive for Business, Active Directory environments, and Zabbix/GLPI monitoring.
