I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my IT support, network troubleshooting, cybersecurity monitoring, and digital forensics experience while continuing to grow in technology and security.

I've supported end users at DGN Infosolution client locations, resolving Windows, Outlook, Office 365, printer, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and IP connectivity issues while configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and software.

I've also investigated 15+ security incidents at Cyber Forensic Laboratory, improving forensic imaging data-extraction efficiency by 20%. Through forensic internships and self-practice projects, I've analyzed phishing, suspicious URLs, device artifacts, system logs, and network traffic using tools including Wireshark, Nmap, Wazuh, FTK Imager, VirusTotal, and Python.
