What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support role where I can troubleshoot desktops and support users, while contributing to security-minded auditing. I want a fast-paced team that values documentation, continuous learning, and clear communication.

I’m a detail-oriented IT professional with developed expertise in Desktop Support, IT Support, Software Support, Hardware, and Networking. I focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues while maintaining high system performance and exceptional customer service.

In my internship work, I built and maintained web applications using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a MySQL database. I also designed user-facing experiences with UI/UX tools like Adobe Photoshop and Figma, including page navigation buttons and search fields.

On the security side, I supported a Banking Information Security Audit with vulnerability scanning and assessment. I used Nessus Security Center to perform vulnerability scanning, executed vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, and documented results to recommend remediation strategies.

I’m currently strengthening my foundation through a PG in Digital and Cyber Forensic and relevant certifications across hardware networking, full-stack web development, and cyber security/digital forensics. I work well in fast-paced environments and collaborate cross-functionally to meet organizational goals.
