I’m an AVP leading US Employee Benefit Plans (EBP), Finance & Accounting (F&A), and US Tax operations, focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, client success, and building high-performing global teams. I provide strategic oversight across delivery while aligning execution with IRS, DOL, and ERISA expectations.

In my current role, I lead multi-location teams through peak and non-peak cycles, drive productivity, quality, and operational stability, and own executive-level client governance. I also manage financial governance—cost optimization, workforce planning, and delivery efficiency—through automation and workflow improvements.

I’m AI/ML certified from IIT-Delhi and bring hands-on experience implementing AI-driven tools and automation frameworks. I deploy AI tools, speech analytics, and automation solutions to optimize EBP voice operations and enhance compliance monitoring, while also piloting advanced AI/ML use cases with data and engineering teams.

Earlier, as a Delivery Manager, I built and scaled large operational teams across multiple service lines, strengthening SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments. I drove continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and automation-first practices, and I’ve led transitions end-to-end—from due diligence through stabilization—while mentoring future leaders and fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
