I want to return to a Big 4 Global People Solutions (GPS) or GPS Consulting environment, delivering end-to-end workforce mobility and international payroll. I’m aiming for an Assistant Manager or Senior Manager role, with strong process transformation and automation scope.

I’m a Global Workforce and International Payroll professional with 10+ years of progressive experience delivering complex global workforce operations within Big 4 (Ernst & Young — Global Delivery Services). I manage international assignment lifecycles end-to-end—from client onboarding and employee data collection through cost modelling, cross-border payroll execution, tax compliance, and year-end reporting across 90+ country combinations.

I’m known for process transformation that sticks. I transitioned a 100% manual IACS and payroll instruction workflow to an automated, vendor-integrated model, halving processing times, improving data accuracy from ~75% to ~99%, and reducing dependency on manual co-ordination across 180+ country tax teams.

In addition to delivery, I lead teams (up to 16 Senior Tax Analysts), build SOPs that become standards, and stay accountable for outcomes—stepping in to clear a £2.1M billing backlog within one quarter.
