What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in human resources, talent acquisition, and learning and development where I can align people strategy with business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and build a positive work culture.

I lead HR for Marketplace and Business Intelligence at IndiaMART, building on seven years across business partnering, talent, engagement, and trade marketing.

At Dabur, I partnered with R&D, supply chain, packaging, and Beauty Retail to manage workforce planning, performance cycles, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, and rewards and recognition. I helped advance diversity and inclusion in R&D, increasing female representation from 28.3% in 2022 to 35% in 2024.

I use people analytics, budget management, and business-led negotiation to align HR strategy with business objectives. I have also supported HR due diligence for an acquisition and guided employees through performance, employee-relations, and organizational-development matters.

Before moving into HR, I delivered category activation and trade marketing at Dabur and Unilever, including restoring 17.7% growth in a declining category and driving a nationwide in-store initiative that generated one lakh selfies in 45 days.
