I’m an HR Leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling people functions across executive search, consulting, IT/ITES, BPO, NGO, and social impact. I partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into clear people strategies—covering workforce planning, HR operations & governance, and talent acquisition.

At Odgers India, I lead the end-to-end HR function for India operations, shaping HR impact through workforce analytics, attrition management, employee engagement, and structured performance governance. I’ve delivered practical programs like a structured Performance Management System, an integrated 360° feedback approach, and a Mentor & Buddy Program to strengthen onboarding and employee integration—while strengthening compliance and scalable people processes during growth and change. Earlier, as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Sopra Steria India, I led mass, lateral, and leadership hiring, improved ramp-ups and workforce utilization, and strengthened audit readiness through robust HR policies and training initiatives.
