I’m a senior HR professional with 17 years of experience partnering with business leaders to deliver HR advisory, people strategy, and operational excellence. I bring deep expertise in HR business partnering, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent initiatives, backed by strong HR operations and compliance knowledge.

In my current role, I partner with senior leadership to advise on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workforce decisions—helping managers navigate people issues, engagement challenges, and attrition risks. I also support organizational change initiatives, role transitions, and workforce planning alongside business and finance teams.

I’m hands-on with HR operations and governance, including employee lifecycle support, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory compliance. I’ve implemented and optimized HRIS platforms such as Workday and EW, launched HRIS modules like Separation and Mileage to streamline exits and travel expenses, and standardized HR policies and SOPs aligned to global standards and local labor laws.

I drive measurable improvements through HR analytics and process automation—using advanced Excel formulas to reduce manual effort and improve data processing time. I’ve also delivered initiatives like enhanced employee benefits, hospital tie-ups for specialist visits and annual health check-ups, long service awards powered by travel incentives, and programs like the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) to build structured career pathways for fresh talent.
