What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success, client support, or logistics role where I can build strong customer relationships, solve complex problems, and contribute to business growth through exceptional service and operational excellence.

I'm currently supporting customers and coordinating shipments at FACT Water, arranging logistics from supplier warehouses to company warehouses and customers.

I manage customer inquiries by phone and email, assist with order forecasting, and process proofs of shipment and delivery against customer orders to ensure accuracy. I focus on building positive customer relationships while keeping operations moving smoothly.

Previously, I delivered real-time Turkish-language user support at Concentrix, maintained KPIs over consecutive months, handled escalations, and used Excel for workflow tracking, analysis, and reporting.

My background also includes customer and technical support at Extensya, Customer Success Manager certification, and Amadeus GDS training through Etihad Airways. I communicate fluently in Arabic, Turkish, and English and enjoy solving complex customer problems.
