At Yusen Logistics, I supervise daily operations supporting billing, claims, OS&D, and customer service. I coordinate workflow and staff, and oversee OS&D processing and shipment resolution.
I also review shipment and billing documentation, maintain audit-ready records, and work with warehouse operations, planning, transportation, finance, and other teams to resolve discrepancies and support customer requirements.
Before becoming Logistics Operations Supervisor, I worked as a Warehouse Coordinator IV at Yusen Logistics, coordinating warehouse workflows, staffing priorities, inventory control, and shipments. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Project Management from Pierce College.
