At CommandLink, I support 434 users and 350 endpoints for a US-based managed IT services provider. I implemented Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and manage endpoint compliance, configuration, apps, and updates in Microsoft Intune.
At LegalSight, I administered Microsoft 365 for around 350 users across the US and Europe, managed global devices in Intune, and automated provisioning and reporting with PowerShell. I also implemented Windows LAPS to secure and rotate local administrator passwords.
Earlier, at Fujitsu (WeServ Systems International), I led a file server migration and automated server health checks and reporting with PowerShell. Across my work in IT support and infrastructure, I’ve handled Windows environments, ITIL incident and change management, and endpoint security.
