I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build high-performance teams and drive measurable growth in banking outcomes, using MIS automation, advanced Excel/VBA, and data analysis to improve processes, compliance, and customer value.

I’m an Assistant Vice President with over 20 years of experience in leadership, team handling, sales, and compliance management across the IT and Banking industry. I plan, analyze, and implement solutions that directly support business objectives—while optimizing products and services for valued clientele and pursuing new business opportunities.

I’ve led high-performing teams in affluent and emerging-market environments, including heading a team of 9 Affluent RMs and 2 PSRMs at Axis Bank (Jaipur) to maximize NPS and grow KRAs through NTB, CASA, IPG, and OCS. Previously, as Cluster Head at DCB Bank, I headed 8 branches and was a top performer for GoldLoan, while at ICICI Bank I doubled FD book size and CASA and helped automate MIS by linking MS Outlook with MS Excel—built on my strength in MS Excel (VBA Macros, pivot tables), MS SQL, Oracle, Infosys Finacle 10x, and MIS automation/data analysis with an AI focus.
