At Uniwell, I led billing operations across three product brands, managing four team leads and approximately 80 billing agents. I launched A/B retention experiments that generated an impact of approximately $300K within two months.

At BetterMe, I built the billing support function from the ground up, hiring four managers and scaling the team to 80 agents across four teams. I developed refund and retention strategies that preserved over $6M in revenue through systematic testing, and introduced phone-support workflows that achieved an 88% CSAT on calls.
