At Ablefy, I lead engineering for payment and billing systems, including usage-based metering, collections, tax compliance, and payment-provider integrations. I currently lead a distributed fintech team of seven engineers and have managed up to 14 across two product teams.

Previously at Ablefy, I architected and delivered a German tax reporting platform processing millions of transactions, and scaled the engineering organization from 20 to 42 engineers. At Join.com, I led an 11-person engineering organization and improved delivery predictability through business-aligned KPIs.
