I've investigated chargeback fraud, reviewed disputed transactions for validity, processed cases through banking systems and payment processors, and maintained detailed records and reporting. My work supports accurate financial transactions, stronger security protocols, and efficient collaboration with international partners and vendors.

I also bring customer care and risk analysis experience, monitoring accounts and transactions for potential fraud and supporting customers through email, live chat, and phone.

Previously at SoftServe, I supported certification programs, internal exam renewal, international certification partners, and certification-related financial operations. I communicate fluently in Ukrainian, English, Russian, and Polish.
