I built a RAG sales assistant for CBS Construction that answers questions about apartment and parking availability and pricing, then sends qualified leads to Telegram and Google Sheets. I rebuilt its daily catalogue sync to validate staged data before swapping it in, and made retrieval mandatory so all 12 test answers matched the catalogue.

As an independent software consultant, I’ve also built and maintained carstar.am, a vehicle-import pricing platform that calculates landed costs for Armenia, and deployed an active oil-station management system. At CleanWhale, I built a Gemini-powered documentation assistant and an SEO content pipeline, alongside coordinating daily service delivery and writing SOPs.

CarStar

Built and maintained a vehicle-import pricing platform that converts US auction prices to landed costs in Armenia, including customs duty, VAT, shipping, and exchange rates. Reverse-engineered import tax rules into a pricing engine and deployed the system.
