What I'm looking for

I seek IAM roles where I can implement and optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ, lead secure access programs, mentor teams, and contribute to governance and automation in a collaborative environment.

I am an experienced IdentityIQ Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ across enterprise environments of 6,000–16,000 identities. I design and configure integrations with HR systems, JDBC connectors, Active Directory/Azure AD/OpenLDAP, Exchange, SharePoint and custom REST/SOAP applications to ensure secure, automated access.

I have implemented attribute synchronization, JML workflows, certifications, access policies, SoD controls, RBAC roles, provisioning policies, rules and scheduled tasks, and I maintain structured HLD/LLD and operational documentation to support governance and operational efficiency. I also deliver practical IdentityIQ training and knowledge transfer through internships and documentation.
