At RNS Technology Services, I lead SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and develop workflows, provisioning rules, and automated identity lifecycle processes.

I integrate SailPoint IIQ with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, implement role-based access control, and develop custom approval frameworks and audit reports.
