What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own product roadmaps and delivery, partnering closely with engineering, QA, design, and stakeholders to turn complex workflows into valuable, well-validated products.

At Composity, I managed product requirements and roadmap planning across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, invoicing, and inventory, delivering 10+ major features and AI-powered capabilities from business need through release. I also analyzed 200+ support cases to improve prioritization, workflows, and requirements.

I'm now shaping an orthodontic practice-management platform at Bravura, translating workflows into a seven-phase roadmap and buildable Jira work. Previously at Ethiojobs, I facilitated Agile delivery for a team of eight, reduced blocker resolution from three days to under one day, and contributed to a 40% reduction in production defects.
